As part of both Strategic Communications & Creative at Peel Regional Police — Canada’s third-largest municipal police service, I managed social media and digital communication initiatives that improve clarity, consistency, and public engagement across diverse communities.

Impact Highlights

Launched a pilot standardized social media template system adopted by Media Relations Officers, strengthening brand consistency and enabling faster, clearer public updates.
Partnered cross-functionally across departments to deliver high-impact communications, including communication plans, copywriting, photography, animated graphics, and short-form video (over 500k views)
Supported executive communications, writing speeches and key messaging for senior leadership, including the Police Chief.
Managed multi-channel digital content, including internal TV networks and employee communication tools, ensuring alignment across public-facing and internal platforms.
